REGULATION

I.-Every person occupying a room in this hotel is obliged to register properly and accept all the conditions stipulated in this Regulation.

II.-The amount of the accommodation indicated by the authorized rate will invariably be paid in advance.

III.-A guest who does not pay the amount of the lodging when it is due, loses all right to continue occupying the rented room; and consequently, the manager may collect the key and dispose of the premises.

IV. No guest may collect their luggage from the hotel without first having settled or guaranteed any outstanding rent. Article 2669 of the Civil Code: guests' luggage is primarily liable for the cost of lodging; to this effect, the owners of the establishments where guests are staying may retain it as collateral until they receive payment of the appropriate amount, for which purpose they will draw up and sign, with two witnesses, an inventory of the guest's belongings.

V.- Valuables and cash must be deposited with the Administration, obtaining the corresponding receipt. Guests are hereby informed that this hotel is not responsible for valuables not deposited as indicated above.

VI.-The rooms are double occupancy, for two adults and two children free of charge. No guest is authorized to accommodate more than 11 people in their room.

VII.-The person who wishes to be temporarily absent from the establishment and retain the rented room at their disposal, must pay in advance the amount of the rent for the entire time of their absence, once the term has expired, and if the new payment is not made, the administrator will proceed in accordance with clauses III and IV.

VIII. All types of games, music, and parties are strictly prohibited inside the establishment. Any person who causes a disturbance, commits immoral acts, or disrespects other guests or employees will be required to immediately vacate the room they have rented.

IX.-The room rental expires at 12:00 noon, with a late check-out or overtime period allowed from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., as rental will be charged again after 2:01 p.m. (Cost per overtime hour $(969) 103 6220 pesos).

X.-The person who accidentally or intentionally causes any form of damage or deterioration to the furniture, objects or the establishment, is obliged to pay its value.

XI.- Smoking is prohibited throughout the establishment. Pets are not allowed. Cleaning and refurbishment in case of smoking will incur an additional charge of $1, (969) 103 6220 pesos; the same applies to bringing pets.

XII. The pool is for the exclusive use of guests. It is forbidden to remove towels; they are for internal use within the hotel.
